Overview
circuly Subscriptions adds extensions to your Shopify Admin that let you manage subscription plan assignments without leaving the page you’re working on. These extensions are available on product pages, product list pages, and order pages.Product Details Action
Where it appears: On individual product pages in Shopify Admin, under More actions. This extension opens a panel that shows all your subscription plan groups and lets you toggle which ones are assigned to the current product.How to use it
Open the action
Click More actions in the top right corner, then select Product selling plan groups.
Toggle plan assignments
You’ll see a list of all your selling plan groups. Check or uncheck the ones you want to assign or remove from this product.
Product Index Selection Action
Where it appears: On the Products list page when you select one or more products using the checkboxes. This extension lets you manage product assignments to selling plan groups in bulk. Instead of toggling assignments per product, you select a selling plan group and then use Shopify’s resource picker to choose which products should be assigned to it.How to use it
Open the action
Click More actions in the toolbar that appears, then select Add products to selling plan group.
Choose a plan group
You’ll see all your selling plan groups listed. Click on any group to open the product picker, where you can add or remove products from that group.
Order Action Menu Item
Where it appears: In customer account order pages, as a menu item in the order actions. This extension adds a “View subscription” link to orders that were created by a subscription. When a customer clicks it, they’re taken directly to the subscription detail view in the Customer Portal.This extension is customer-facing and appears in the customer account, not in the Shopify Admin. It helps customers navigate from their orders to the related subscription.
